What You Focus On

There is much to love about spring in Canada: longer days, warmer temperatures, trees budding, flowers blooming. This year it may be harder for many to find or hold onto hope in the season than other years, with all that has been lost by so many since last spring, and with so much uncertainty about what the coming months will bring.

So this post is just a reminder — as much to myself as to anyone — that what we focus on grows, whether it be fear, or anger, or what is beautiful. There are many who claim credit for the quote on the photo in this post, so I credited no one, just let the words say what they say.

What you focus on grows

I posted this photo, without words, on Instagram early in March, where I try to focus on what makes me feel good, and I’d love to have you follow me there.
